CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At Wellbound Medical (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we value transparency and want you to fully understand our cancellation and refund policies before purchasing any service or program. By purchasing services through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. GENERAL POLICY

Due to the nature of telehealth services, digital programs, medical time allocation, and administrative costs, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

Refund requests are evaluated based on the type of service purchased and whether services have already been delivered.

2. MEMBERSHIPS / MONTHLY PROGRAMS

If you enroll in a monthly subscription or membership program (including lifestyle programs or GLP-1 support programs), you authorize recurring monthly billing.

Cancellation of Membership

You may cancel your membership at any time by:

  • logging into your account (if available), or

  • emailing us at: info@wellboundmedical.com

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

Membership Refunds

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins

  • If you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of the paid billing period

  • We do not provide partial-month refunds

3. CONSULTATIONS / MEDICAL VISITS

Medical consultations require reserved provider time.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Late Cancellations

If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you may be charged a late cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

If you miss your appointment without notice, it will be considered a no-show, and:

  • your appointment fee may be forfeited

  • you may be required to pay a rescheduling fee before booking again

Consultation Refunds

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment has occurred

  • If you cancel in advance (within the required timeframe), your appointment may be rescheduled or credited at our discretion

4. LABS AND DIAGNOSTIC TESTING

Lab testing fees are typically paid directly to third-party laboratories or draw sites.

If Wellbound Medical collects lab-related fees, those fees may cover:

  • lab order processing

  • clinical review time

  • administrative handling

Lab Refund Policy

  • Lab fees are non-refundable once lab orders have been submitted

  • If you fail to complete ordered labs, you are still responsible for payment

5. MEDICATIONS (INCLUDING COMPOUNDED MEDICATIONS)

If medication is prescribed, it may be filled through a third-party pharmacy, including compounding pharmacies.

Medication Refund Policy

  • Medication costs are non-refundable once an order is submitted to the pharmacy

  • Pharmacies do not accept returns of prescription medications for safety reasons

  • Shipping delays, pharmacy processing time, or manufacturer shortages are outside of our control

If there is a medication error (wrong medication, wrong dose, damaged shipment), pharmacy replacement policies apply and will be handled directly with the pharmacy.

6. PROGRAMS, DIGITAL CONTENT, AND DOWNLOADABLE MATERIALS

If your purchase includes access to digital materials, guides, coaching documents, video content, or downloadable resources:

  • All digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted

  • This includes educational programs, meal planning tools, and lifestyle resources

7. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

We encourage all clients to contact us first to resolve billing issues.

Submitting a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • immediate termination of program access

  • cancellation of membership services

  • suspension of future scheduling privileges

We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks using documentation of services provided.

8. TERMINATION OF CARE / MEDICAL DISCRETION

Wellbound Medical reserves the right to discontinue services if:

  • the provider determines care is no longer clinically appropriate

  • you do not complete required labs or follow-up appointments

  • you provide false or incomplete medical information

  • you violate our Terms & Conditions

  • you engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior toward staff

If care is terminated for these reasons, refunds are not guaranteed and are determined at our discretion.

9. EXCEPTIONS

Refunds may be considered in limited situations, including:

  • duplicate charges

  • billing errors

  • services that were not delivered due to a Wellbound Medical error

Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your bank or card provider.
